Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Securely

  Place the unused filters in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your preferred replacement filters within 3-5 business days.
